Good afternoon, my name is Manuela García Sánchez, I’m from card 2758310, of the technology in software analysis and development, this activity is the audio with the English instructor Claudia Patricia Consuegra.

In my present and previous jobs, I have developed my flexibility and adaptability skills as they are necessary in my day-to-day life because if I had not acquired these skills, today I would be stressed and confused by the changes that occur throughout the workday. Also, my first job was fundamental because if I had not worked with children, I would not be as patient as I am in my present job and in my personal life.

Something that I felt I needed to improve when I started working was my communication because if I had more communication, I would have adapted faster to the new environment that I did not know.

For me punctuality and responsibility are also very important not only at work but in life in general because if I do not get up early in the morning, I will be late for work and if I am late for work, my boss might get mad at me and also if I do not finish my work activities for the day, I will feel frustrated with myself. Regarding academic responsibility, I have not been consistently responsible because I had not organized my time to study properly, but I know that if I turn in all the evidence I have pending, I will be up to date and I will feel less stressed by balancing my work, study and personal life and also if I catch up with all the evidence, I will be proud of myself for having organized my time efficiently and having fulfilled my academic work.
