1. How can you be environmentally friendly at work?

Some ways and ideas to be environmentally friendly at work are saving energy and light, recycling paper from the photocopier, implementing recycling policies in the company such as separating waste correctly among the different trash cans, composting food waste from the kitchen or green garbage cans (reusable organic waste) and placing plants in the offices not only add beauty to the workplace, but also improve and purify the air in the work area, some of the plants are ribbons, aloe vera, peace flower, tiger tongue, among others.


2. What's kind of incentives could a green company offer to its employees?

Some of the incentives that a company could offer to its employees for their pro-environmental behavior could be material or symbolic, such as bonuses, days off, recognition, public mentions, offering work flexibility such as working from home some days of the week, or other incentives.


3. In what other ways could businesses involve their employees in environmental issues?

Train employees through meetings, conferences or group activities on the importance of sustainability and the importance of caring for the environment, also showing how small individual actions can contribute to the well-being of the environment and the company; sustainability challenges and environmental challenges that strengthen the union of the work group and encourage environmental care, place informative posters in different areas of the workplace without becoming repetitive.
